Please Read Before Bidding

Payment

• We accept PayPal. (All major credit cards accepted through PayPal)
• Payments must be received within 5 days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Shipping & Handling

• FREE SHIPPING IS ONLY FOR ITEMS SOLD WITHIN THE CONTENINTAL 48 UNITED STATES. Unless otherwise stated.
• All items are shipped out via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS or DHL it is our preference which one we choose. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
• Products will be shipped out within 1 business days after we receive the payment, except for weekends and international orders.
• FPO, APO, GU, and VI do not qualify for free shipping. It is your responsibility to contact us for an individual shipping quote for these areas. If you place an order without contacting us first there will be a delay in processing your order.
• If your item is being shipped internationally, you are responsible for paying all fees, taxes, and any expenses above and beyond the normal purchase and shipping price. Please contact us via email before making a purchase. Please include your phone number on any international order. It is needed for shipping purposes.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Please contact us for all return inquiries.
• We gladly accept returns for refund on most new, un-installed, and undamaged items in original packaging (all original package contents must be included) within 14 days of the order delivery date.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• If you have installed the item that you have purchased or if your item is special order, it is not eligible for a return.
• When making an approved return please make sure that everything is in brand new condition with original unopened package. Parts must not be damaged in anyway and must include all pieces and parts that were originally included in the package.
• All eligible purchases can be returned no matter the reason for up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
• Any additional shipping charges from the original purchase will not be refunded. Usually applies to any order shipped outside the continental 48 states.
• In the case of an error or an incorrect item was shipped all return shipping costs will be refunded to the customer upon NYE Motorsports receiving the item and there will be no restocking fee charged.
• Any returns that are sent without our knowledge will not be accepted.

• At NYE Motorsports we believe that if you honor your purchasing commitments then you deserve feedback regardless of whether or not you leave us feedback. However a positive rating and good feedback from you allows us to give you the best possible customer service and the lowest prices. So please leave us feedback. Positive feedback will automatically be left for you.

Additional Information

• Orders placed Monday-Thursday or Friday before 4:30 pm EST. will ship out that week. Any order that is placed after 4:30 pm EST. on Friday on through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
• Due to the nature of E-commerce, on occasion there might be a situation where an item becomes sold out just after a purchase is made. If this happens you will be notified via email and given the option of having your entire purchase price refunded or the option of waiting until your item becomes available.
