• If in any case the items is not as per your request, we accept returnable item and refund
• Shipping cost for returnable item will be charged to the buyer
• Item will be shipped from our indonesia via post indonesia Service. Orders will be processed in 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding holiday) after payment clears.
• Item will be shipped to your paypal shipping address. If you want different address, please add it on paypal notes.
• Shipment will take about 15-25 business days for shipment arrival to your address by post office, some areas/country sometimes will take a little longer.
• For Holiday Period (eg: Christmas, Chinese New Year and etc), shipping will take longer time to reach.
• The item will be well packaged. TRACKING NUMBER WILL NOT BE GIVEN, but rest assured that if you have not receive your item after the estimated number of days, please inform us and we will quickly act on it.
