No modification or drill require
This grill is a over lay, you do not need to remove your existing grill to install this new grill. Just simply place it over your existing grill and make sure the clips snaps in to place. Remove the clips from the stock grill at the top and put the clip over the overlay and stock grill and place this clips back in.
