The Centerforce design applies proven principles of weight and centrifugal force to develop the increased clamping loads modern clutch facings require while maintaining easy pedal effort and eliminating old-style diaphragm "over-center" problems disastrous to high-performance engines. All of our products are brand new from the factory, and are shipped in original packaging from the manufacturer, carrying that manufacturer's warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. We cannot reimburse shipping and handling charges, and we do need to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
Please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that offers "Free Shipping" our actual shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. Please note that certain items may not be returned, and are clearly marked as such during the product selection process.

Shipping
Shipping Policy
We ship from multiple warehouses across the US with the goal of reaching you very quickly. We support normal ground shipping only and may use either UPS or Fedex Ground depending on the item purchased and its warehouse location. We will always provide a tracking number with each order.
Our normal shipping lead time 1 to 2 business days (on average) prior to shipping. Delivery times following shipment lead time will vary from 1 to 5 business days. Total time for delivery following an order therefore will be 2 to 7 business days.
We do participate in the eBay Global Shipping Program, please see eBay's help section for more information. Note that this means we ship to a US eBay warehouse, where your order is prepared for international shipment.
We ship only to the 48 Continental United States and cannot ship to Post Office Boxes & APOs, HI, AK, PR or Guam

Returns
Return Policy
All of our products are brand new from the factory, and are shipped in original packaging from the manufacturer, carrying that manufacturer's warranty.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please use the eBay Automated Return process to authorize and process your return.
PLEASE NOTE: Products must be returned unused in their original packaging in saleable condition within 30 days of your original receipt. If not received within 30 days of shipment receipt, no credit will be issued. Partially assembled racks or automotive accessories that have been installed or used to transport gear may not be returned. Outdoor gear (bikes, camping gear, etc.) that has been used is also not returnable.
Shipping charges are not refundable. For merchandise with free or included shipping, the amount refunded will be the purchase price minus actual shipping charges.
Credit will be made after merchandise is received by Racks for All and found to be in new and unopened condition.
Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we must charge a 15% restocking fee. We will issue a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Important: Returns made without an RMA number issued by Racks for All or made to the wrong location may result in a reduced credit or no credit at all, depending on the circumstances. Please do not return an item without an RMA number.
