The decals I offer are precision cut vinyl decals created with a Vinyl cutter. 

We also carry other colors of vinyl so if there is different color you'd like to have please inquire through direct message and we will get back with you as soon as possible! Otherwise when you select Buy it Now we will assume you want The normal (Black) USA decal shown in the photo.

To apply to the surface of your choice: 

(PEEL THE BACK OFF BEFORE YOU APPLY THE DECAL. The white backing comes off leaving the letters on the clear portion. Apply to the surface of your choice. Once applied use a credit card or something of that nature to apply pressure to the decal to make sure it adheres best. Once done, PEEL AWAY THE TOP CLEAR PRE-MASK LEAVING JUST THE DECAL). 

Always make sure the surface is clean prior to applying to allow maximum adhesion! 

There is no background for the decals. The background is the surface you apply it to!
