This is the fiber optic wiring needed to add the satellite radio module to the fiber optic loop if your Mercedes did not come pre-wired from the factory.

The harness also comes with the connections for: 

• Antenna Radio Amplifier Booster Module

• Hands Free Voice Control Module
• 
  
• Motorola Telephone Module

The photos show where the extra wiring was cut (The fiber optic loop was not compromised)
