This is a super nice steering wheel for a 1971-1974 Plymouth Road Runner. It will also fit other Dodge vehicles. 

There are no cracks. The horn pads are soft and functioning. There is a light blemish on side spoke. 

The color is ivy green. 

The diameter measures 15 1/2".
