• We ship orders as soon as possible and make every effort to get orders shipped within 5 business days after the payment cleared. (FedEx only).
• We accept PayPal payment only.
• Winner should deposit payment within 7 days from closing date.
• We ship to PayPal address ONLY. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before you pay (no PO Boxes).
• Please note that the delivery time of packages shipped via FedEx varies by geographic location and FedEx procedures.
• In some cases Items may be shipped from other places than member location.
• If any of the items are delayed for any reason we will notify you immediately via  e-mail.
• Our electronic sales are conducted only when stock is physically on hand so delays are practically non-existent.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
• Please open and inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
• Verify that all parts are received and in undamaged condition. 
• Check the container thoroughly to avoid throwing away parts that may be in packing materials. 
• We always double-check all our products before shipping.
• We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of any missing parts!
• Damaged Parts - If you receive a part damaged in shipping, please notify the carrier immediately. 
• We will automatically leave positive feedback to every buyer who completed the transaction and left positive feedback to us.
