New PJS 700 Reed Cylinder. This is the T3 version which was claimed to put out "easily over 100hp". Special head, pistons and case reed block offs needed. Cylinder is new, never run. Has only minor scuffs and imperfections from years of storage. Includes 3 new copper head gaskets.
