There is a dent, if the face is facing you,there is a small dent on top above the white caution placard, and another small dent on the underneath bottom.  

There is black chipped paint around the rim of the glass , from usage of time.  The sides are in good physical condition.

The connectors are clean and in good physical condition as well.
