We found one more UPGRADE SILICONE GASKET KIT custom designed for racing our 1998-1999 SEADOO SPEEDSTER with twin Rotax 787 engines.

This part is an upgrade from the OEM Part #293250096 and #274000276 it resists salt water better, serves longer and has higher temperature range tolerance which is a must for racing.

May fit other vehicles that use the same part number.

This is a custom order, one off racing part that is made of SILICONE instead of OEM rubber that rots quickly in salt water as you probably already know!

This item is custom made to fit, never installed or used we only have one left from our racing program, costed us arm and leg to test the high temp range and create a part that will take the heat of our racing exhaust.

Temperature range up to 437ºF ( intermittent to 500ºF) down to -100ºF

Tensile set to 700 psi

Compression set maximum  50%

Will come with instructions on installation.

There is no warranty as this is one off custom racing part, but you can imagine the difference between OEM rubber piece and this silicon part with higher temp range and strength.

Comes with Upgraded heavy duty ABA rolled lip Stainless Steel 316 clamp with no holes, so it will not rust as a cheaper SS would and installation instruction.

Could be pre-drilled but we recommend drilling the holes based on your existing metal ring.

Note: Metal ring NOT INCLUDED! You need to reuse your old one.
