Our Lifetime Warranty
Only mechanical used parts from Erie Vo-Vo are covered with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty. This covers defective parts only. The replacement part will be sent at no additional charge when proof of purchase (copy of Receipt or Invoice) is received and defective part is returned. Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase. We will warrant the original part as long as you own the vehicle on which the part was originally installed. Returns

30 Day Return Policy
All parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Warranty parts are excluded and will follow warranty terms. Items being returned for any reason must be returned by original purchaser with a copy of the original sales invoice. The customer is responsible for safe return of all items. Damaged or modified items will not be refunded. Erie Vo-Vo Inc. will only cover domestic shipping charges if we are at fault for sending a damaged or incorrect part. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee except for warranty items. Erie Vo-Vo Inc. will consider special requests for returns not specified in this policy.
