A new return is considered a brand new item that you ended up not needing or perhaps you purchased incorrectly for your specific vehicle.
Any warranty, defect, or damaged shipment information is below. Please keep in mind that spending time before purchasing the part to confirm it is indeed exactly what you need can help prevent you from ordering the wrong part.

1.All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original factory packaging (For US And UK Buyers).
2.All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase and must be in their original factory packaging(For Australian Buyers).
If the responsibility of return lies with buyer(wrong purchase、replacement and so on) then shipping costs are the buyers' responsibility. PayPal, eBay, & a warehouse restocking fee may also apply.

Shipping Damage:
Shipping damage is any item/package suspected of being broken or damaged in anyway during the shipping process. We purchase full insurance for this, however the damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package.
