An Inline fan from the RULE division of ITT industries.   Used to ventilate Engine Bays, Bilges, Galleys, Heads etc.   The fan suits 3" bore (75mm) ducting and is supplied with 2 cable ties to secure the ducting to each spigot (Ducting is NOT supplied).
