If any item is defected upon receipt, please contact us for returning instruction.  Return of goods is accepted within 7 days after item is received from buyer.

Returned item must be in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for returning shipping costs.

After receiving the returned item, a replacement will be dispatched depends on stock availability.

The warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, unauthorized firmware upgrade, non-rechargeable batteries, consumable, and damage due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, act of God, or other mis-use.
