MerCruiser Alpha one Gen 2 complete outdrive for V8 applications unit is 1.47 ratio housing is clean with no cracks or repairs other than minor chip seen on skeg.Skeg also appears to be bent. I pulled off top cap and gears are clean and in great condition. This could make a great complete unit with a little attention to skeg. Or could be just used as is. I would recommend a new water pump as unit has been sitting.
