I typically ship items within 1 business day of receiving payment using the USPS, no more then 2 days. I offer free shipping on almost all of my items. With free shipping, I only guarantee standard shipping which can take up to 8 business days (usually 3-5). However, I usually ship priority mail (2-3 business days) if the cost is not to high, even on items with free shipping.

We are a small repair facility located in Shippensburg,PA. I was a Master VW Tech at the Dealer for many years before opening my own shop.

Typically we do not have issues with our items. The reason for this is that if I inspect every item before listing it and if I have the slightest question of it's integrity, it doesn't get listed. I want every customer to be able to say that the part they received from us is better then they expected.
