We are a Horse Trailer and RV Parts & Service facility. We have a large 4800 sq. ft. parts warehouse and retail store along with a 4800 sq. ft. repair facility. Family owned and operated for about 30 years.
- UPS is our primary carrier for items over 90 lbs , but we may use others at our discretion.
- Priority Mail or First Class Mail is used for small packages (not parcel post or media mail).
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be possible even if not listed, please ask before you bid.
- Due to method of shipping tracking numbers are sometimes impossible to procure. If your item is shipped via a carrier that provides tracking information, it will be emailed to you as soon as item is shipped.
- We will ship overnight UPS for actual shipping cost.
- Please Call 931/685-4040 if your order is time critical because email does occasionally have a delay.
- Normally we ship M-F, within 48 hours of payment (weekend/holiday purchases are usually shipped the first business day) BUT we may ship as fast as 20 minutes after you pay, so if you want or need special requirements, or want us to "hold" the order, DO NOT PAY until you are ready for us to ship!

Shipments within Tennessee are required to pay 9.75% TN sales tax.
