  • Once you receive your item, please do not sign the release papers from the transport company until you have properly inspected the goods and made sure nothing is damaged by the shipping company. If there is any noticeable sign of damage on the product, please note it down on the waybill before signing it at the bottom. If you do not make a note of this on the waybill, JDM Alliance will NOT be held responsible for any damages during shipment.

Returns
  • Contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) #. Returns without a RMA # will not be accepted.
  • Return the product to us with the original packaging and a copy of the original receipt to the address given to you by the customer service representative. We'll usually give you the address to the warehouse nearest you.
  • Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
