       You are looking at a vintage Russian car GAZ-21 "VOLGA" Horn Ring for a steering wheel. The center ring button has VOLGA car emblem - Deer. Device is a part of GAZ-21 (1 and 2 series). It was equipped probably sine the end of 1957 and till beginning of 1959. It could be installed on some cars of 1962 series.

Horn Ring : material - chrome-plated metal, diameter - 10.75" (27.5 cm.) Cap Ring Button: material - plastic in metal rim, diameter ~ 3.75" (9.2 cm.)
Quality: Item is used collectible condition - it has pitting and some rust on it. Center button has some cracks at the center, painting chipping off at the back side and one minor chip (not visible from the front) - see last photo. Still all parts are in good condition. Please, see all photos.
