Mustang 5.0 GT40 Style Upper and Lower Intake Manifold Set WITHOUT EGR and all hardware.  This is the same style that Ford sells through the Ford Racing Catalog.  These should fit 5.0 Mustangs from 87-93, and 94-95(these will require an intake elbow adapter. $70 from Summit) and from what I am told, 94-95 doesn't need an EGR ported intake because the EGR is in the intake elbow.  Again, this unit is NOT ported for EGR.  I clean these up and sell them as a hobby.  Most dirt, grease, and baked on oil/sludge/carbon is removed during the cleaning process, and I try to do my very best of cleaning them by hand.  I do NOT sandblast or media blast due to the risk of blast material staying in the intake and damaging someone's engine.  I also do not give the intakes a chemical caustic bath (beware of some of the other intakes out there that have a chemical bath, this is very damaging to aluminum, they look brand new, but the chemicals weaken aluminum). Each unit is pressure washed, tanked, scrubbed with soap and water(by hand), all threads checked and chased if needed, pitting evaluated and cleaned, all gasket surfaces cleaned, then a light coat of high quality metallic paint is added, and then baked.  Old gasket materials and pitting are removed by high speed aluminum oxide discs (basically a dish pad that you use in the kitchen for stubborn grease).  Some people do not like this method of cleaning metal.  If you don't like it I have an easy solution, Don't Buy It!  Keep in mind that you are buying a USED intake and that some pitting and imperfections cannot be removed.  However I do try to describe each one the best that I can.  Now that that's out of the way. I just paint them a generic aluminum color so a customer can easily paint over it, or, they look fantastic as they are (paint is pretty high quality too).  I do NOT intentionally paint over grease and dirt like some intakes for sale (if that happens with one of my intakes it is an accident). As I said, I rebuild these, and other SVT or high performance automotive parts as a hobby.  Should be ready to bolt on and go!  It's hard to find these things this clean and in good condition!  These things are heavy (42lbs) so shipping is rough, but I usually absorb a good chunk of it.  Thanks for looking and have a great day!
