  • ALL other international Shipping Charges do not include any custom and brokerage fees, buyers are responsible for all custom and brokerage fees
  • Delivery transit may take 3-10 business days for U.S. customers & 1-2 months for International shipment, depends on destination
  • For Canada Buyers, we will cover the brokerage fee for your shipment, and it is usually not covered by other sellers! For all Canadian Buyers, you are only responsible to pay for custom duty that is charged by Canada government.
  • We also offer 10% off the total S&H fees for multiple orders.

Payment Policy

Return & Refund Policy

-Back Order Issues: Back Order may happen due to the delay of the shipment from suppliers (this is a very minor case). Therefore, if backorder happens, the buyer can request a full refund (the amount that we received) by being completed the mutual transaction withdrawn process. We will issue the refund in 2 days after receiving the request.

-Buyer's satisfaction is our top priority. However, ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL. we can only issue an exchange or refund for detective item or wrong item shipped that less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase.

-All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our customer service department.
Package returned without the RMA number written outside of the box WILL BE REFUSED.
ALL THE RMA SHOULD ONLY BE SHIPPED USING POST OFFICE PRIORITY MAIL.
