Return Policy:
Products purchased through ProValue Parts and under warranty* may be returned following these steps:
1. Contact a ProValue Sales Representative via email or call 407-930-9110 to obtain a RGA number.
2. ProValue Parts will fill out the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Form. You will then need to place it in the box with the item(s) being returned.
3. Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions.
4. Our Return Department will process your request.
Shipping Instructions:
1. Be sure to obtain a RGA number and clearly mark the outside of the box(s).
2. Ship only the items that are authorized.
3. Ship items to: ProValue Parts will send you the information on which one of our warehouses to return the item(s). DO NOT SHIP to SANFORD, FL. This location does NOT accept returns. If you do ship to this address, you will be charged for the extra shipping and the item(s) will be returned back to you. No exceptions.
Notes:
All returns must be in the original packaging, include all pieces, and tags attached. Refunds will be processed using the same method as the payment was made. ***Items installed are ineligible for return*** We must be able to see all returns as New. ProValue Parts will not accept returns without a RGA number.
ProValue Parts warranty is for 1 year. We will only accept items that are defective or damaged.
