Engine and Transmissions carry a 30 day warranty, all other mechanical parts carry a 90 day warranty.

In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part with a functianlly equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option.

To return an item you must contact us via ebay messaging center.

Buyer is responsible for shipping any returns back to Kirchhayn that were ordered incorrectly or not needed. Refund will be made minus any shipping cost that was incurred by Kirchhayn Auto.

Engine and Transmission Warranty. All our engines carry a 30 day warranty.

Our warranty does not cover the following items:

• The purchaser’s loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, towing expense, installation expense, commercial loss, rental cars, or other consequential damages
• On driveline components fluids, gaskets, seals, filters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, clutches, water pumps, wiring, thermostats, sensors, hoses, belts, spark plugs and injectors are not guaranteed
• Claims that result from accident, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, or improper installation
• Claims that result from the failure of other existing components.
• Parts installed in vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or parts used for any purpose other then the original application.
• Warranties are not transferable.

Shipping is free for the lower 48 US states only, all other locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all US Territories please email us your location for a shipping cost.

ENGINES/TRANSMISSIONS-All Freight items must be sent to a commercial address with either a loading dock or forklift to remove the pallet from the semitruck.  Please note we will hold the freight item until we receive a commercial address, any additial charges from the freight company (such as lift gate, inside delivery, extended delivery and the like) will be the responsibility of the buyer.


We know that receiving your part in a timely manner is very important, we try to get the parts out for delivery within 2 business days, but it may take up to 3 business days to ship out. 


Local Pickup is available. Please contact us to let us know when you will be arriving.

Shipping charges are not refundable for returns or warranty returns.

Tracking numbers are emailed to you at the time of shipment. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us thru eBay and we will forward it to you.

We accept payment thru PayPal or credit card/cash when picking the item up at our facility.

Kirchhayn Auto applies a 5.6% sales tax charge on all orders shipped to a Wisconsin address or picked up at our location.
