You also need to send us video and photo to show your problem, we will need to judge the problem according to your video.
Not every problem need to be refund or exchange. We have to define what the problem is first.
Please do not ask for REFUND and EXCHANGE directly every time you find problem.

2. If we find out the problem is caused by our product quality defect, we will take the responsibility to give solution for you. We will help you to fix it first. If it is still not working after fixing, we will get exchange or refund for you. But the product that you are holding need to be returned back without any damage or parts missing. Once we got your product back, we will quickly process a new one for you.
All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the
shipping tracking number
3. If products are damaged by other objective factor or by subjective factors,
we will not taking the responsibility of shipping cost of sending back. And we may charge for possible extra fee that taken place. But we will still help you to fix any problems first.
