No Tracking Number

You can choose registered post with tracking number provided by paying an extra $2 for the postal  insurance. It is highly recommend the buyer to pay insurance (send by registered mail) if the buyer want tracking number.

Returns

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the item are intact. We will exchange for DEFECTIVE items only. Or if the product was sent to you in error by our staff.

All Shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.

If buyer purchased the wrong item, you need to bear the postage cost for posting back the item(s). Returning charger is covered by buyer, we will cover the charge for reshipment.

Q: Where is the order shipped from?
A: All the orders are shipped from China.

Q: When will the item be shipped out?
  A: The item will be shipped out within 24 hours after the clear payment (unavailable for weekends and Holidays)

Q: Is tracking number available?
A: It's no tracking number. If you want the item registered, you need to pay extra $2 to buy the tracking number.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the item?
A: Please kindly email us at first with the detailed problems. Sometimes pictures of the item you recieved might be needed. We could exchange the item or refund you after the returning item is received accordingly.

Q: Does the instruction come with the package?
A: Sorry that instrucions are not included. Many accessories are difficult to install and would need a technician. So before you bid, please make sure that you are familiar with the repair.
