Return Description

Return or refund details:


1. If you has been received the goods, please check it, if you find that the goods were damaged during transport, please us in 7 working days.
1. We need to return for each item number which is provided a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We do not allow returns it without the RMA number.
2. And the original packaging of goods should be returned as well.
3. If you find the goods have problems, you must return it release within 3o days of the permit returned date, otherwise, we will not make any replacement or compensation. If you need to return , customers need to contact us to confirm return address.
4. If it has been proven problem item or have a manufacturing defect, please send back the item, we will send you a free replacement. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs of goods. Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded. For replacement or refund for all items must be "as new" state, and and a full save all packaging materials, otherwise the project will be considered used item, no replacement or refund.
5. If the goods have been sold over 30 days we do not accept the refund.
