2. You can deposit funds into our account at any National Australia Bank branch

Where possible, please ensure you enter your eBay username as the transfer description.

Refunds and Replacements

If the goods are defective in any way , please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will be happy to replace the goods for you at no extra cost, or give you a refund.

You must inform us first by telephone 03 9459 1158 or email  if you want to return any item.

If a refund is requested then we will refund the money paid to us minus shipping costs including return postage.

Refunds can only be processed once all the goods are returned in original packaging.
