Operation Instructions

Step One: Take out the tape.
Step Two: Tear the tape and wrap the exhaust pipe.
Step Three:Each wrap should overlay the previous layer.
Step Four:Try to keep the wrap as snug as you go and continue to the end of the pipe.

  Item Defect: 14-Day Replacement or Refund
 
When an item has a defect or is damaged during transition, please inform us of the problem within 14 calendar days of original order dispatch. Upon receiving the report, we will either offer you a replacement at our own cost or make refund of your order depending on your preference. Please kindly understand proof of item defect such as valid pictures/videos or detailed descriptions of the problem are required to assist with the claim.

Item Defect: 3-Month Warranty

When you discover an item defect or problem after 14 days of original dispatch, don’t worry – you are still under the 3-Month Warranty protection of your purchase. Please contact us to describe the conditions in full details, and valid pictures or videos are required to assist with the claim. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs both ways. Please note damage caused by improper use or accident such as dropping will not be covered under the warranty.

14-Day No Reason Return

We understand sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need, or you simply do not need it any more. If you are not happy with this product, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days of original order dispatch. The returned item must be in its ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING, and all ACCESSORIES (including instruction manual) must be included. Please kindly understand since the item has no defect, the original P&P charge is non refundable, and buyers are also responsible for the returning shipping costs.

* All returns must be sent to our DESIGNATED RETURN ADDRESS via a TRACKABLE SERVICE. The TRACKING NUMBER is required after
  postage for our warehouse to be aware of your return and look out for it. Failure of providing the tracking number can result in our warehouse   being unable to recognise your returned parcel.
