Returns will be accepted within 30 Days of receipt; returns on non-defective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the item, and shipping is non-refundable.
I use calculated shipping for my listings, and don't charge any handling fees. I don't make any profit on shipping, all I charge is what it actually costs to get the item to you. I try to ship out on the same business day, but sometimes I'm not able to ship the item out until the next business day. I'm happy ship worldwide, but please be aware that for some countries customs processing can take some time. If the tracking stops after leaving the US it is likely waiting for the local customs office to scan the item in and process it. There may be import taxes, tariffs, V.A.T. or other fees due on delivery. These are all dependant on the receiving country's laws, and I have no way to know if there are any such charges or what they might be.
