For our international customers we OFFER USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail International.
Unlike Priority and Express Mail Service first class International does not offer tracking from point to point. It is also sometimes unreliable and it is very slow. Please be aware of this before selecting this service. We only offer this service as a low cost alternative to Priority and Express Mail International. Freight Policies for Exchanges 
Latino Store will quickly provide exchanges free of shipping for the following reasons: 
UPS or USPS mis-delivered the order (not customer's fault) 
Product did not fit correctly. 
Product did not meet expectations and customer would like to exchange for something similar. 
Order was called, faxed, or mailed in and a miscommunication caused the incorrect product to be invoiced and shipped. 
Note.
You would be responsible for shipping the item back to us. 
Latino Store will quickly provide exchanges with no restocking charges for the following reasons:

Customer entered incorrect address on order. 
Item was ordered, processed, then shipped and customer tried to cancel or change order while in transit.
(Most items are shipped in 1-2 business days) 
Item was shipped correctly and the customer ordered the incorrect item. 
Item was shipped correctly and the customer no longer needs the item once it arrives. 
Note.
You would be responsible for shipping the item back to us and the return shipping costs back to yourself (if applicable). 


Latino Store will quickly provide exchanges free of shipping and pay for the return postage for the following reasons: 
Incorrect product was shipped. 
Product was defective and un-usable. 
Product was damaged and un-usable from transit.

You would not be charged to return products back or charged to have the products re-shipped to you.

We will enter the return labels at our costs; however, the items need be set aside for UPS pickup or dropped off at the post office (whichever is most convenient).
