- This is a Japanese Imported Engine. This engine is a replacement for your EJ25 2.5L Engine from 99-02 Impreza, Forester and Legacy.
YOU MUST USE YOUR ORIGINAL INTAKE MANIFOLD FROM ORIGINAL ENGINE.

- This is an imported JDM Engine Directly
from Japan. This engine came out of a 99-03 Subaru Forester vehicle in Japan. This engine is interchangeable with quite few vehicle here in
U.S. Please consult with your mechanic prior to purchasing this engine
to make sure this engine will work for you. At times, you may have to use this engine as long block only (Block and Head) and transfer all external accessories from original motor onto this JDM motor in order to make it work correctly. While we will do our best to assist you, further research may be needed to check compatibility with your vehicle.

- We ship Worldwide. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your location.
- Once you receive your item, please do not sign the release documents wihtout fully inspecting the outer packaging for noticeable signs of damage. The freight companies will not let you open up the packaging prior to signing the documents, therefore, you must note any signs of damage based on the external packaging. Shipping insurance is provided by the freight company, not by JDM Alliance. If you sign the form and do not note any possible damages, the freight company will be relieved of all responsibilities and you will not be reimbursed for any damges done to your shipment caused during shipping. You must notify JDM Alliance of any damages caused by mis-handling during shipping. Once again, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE RELEASE FORM OR LET THE DRIVER LEAVE WITHOUT FIRST INSPECTING THE PACKAGING FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES.
- International shipments are to the nearest port to your locaiton. All international shipments are shipped via ocean freight.
- We only ship to your verified/confirmed Paypal address. No exceptions! Phone number is a MUST. We can not ship without providing your phone number.
- Contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) #. Returns without a RMA # will not be accepted.
- Return the product to us with the original packaging and a copy of the original receipt to the address given to you by the customer service representative. We'll usually give you the address to the warehouse nearest you.
- Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
- No item will be accepted for returns after the warranty period has elapsed.
- Any items returned (within 30 days of receiving) and is not a warranty related issue will be charged 20% restocking fee. (example: An item no longer needed or purchased the wrong item)
- Item must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled. We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid. (THE RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)
- There is a 30 days start-up warranty on
this motor. This warranty will cover that no problems will occur if the
engine is installed in the vehicle properly by a certified mechanic. In
the event that a part of the engine block or head is found to be
defective, this part will be replaced.
- Our warranty covers all
internal engine parts. Engine block, cylinder barrels and cylinder head
are also warranted to be free of cracks or distortion.
- The
customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of a defective item(s) and no replacement part will be sent until our staff
have inspected and verified the the returned defective item in question.
. The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the
returned product. You must have a RA number or Return Authorization
number from JDM Alliance USA before you can return your product. Please
have the RA number written on the outside of the package.
- We are not responsible for any labour work. Our warranty is ONLY on the motor block and head.
- Warranty
is VOID if engine is blown or seized due to customer negligence - (i.e,
racing, running vehicle without motor oil, high revving, etc)
- All
wear and tear parts (e.g. timing belt, water pump, belts, seals, spark
plugs, spark plug wires, etc.) are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty
of any Seized or Blown engines by customer during warranty period due
to unprofessional installation or any other reason is void.
- You
will receive the item as shown in the pictures. Any other additional
parts required to complete your swap will have to be purchased
separately. Some products may require additional components to be fully
functional.
- Warranty is VOID if the engine is disassembled or parted-out internally such as removal of the head, pistons, rings, connecting rods, crank shaft etc.
