To return an item you must contact us via email  within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return merchandise authorization).

Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. In the event a cash refund is considered a 35% restock fee may be deducted to cover lossa of sale,labor, and handling charges

Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Sports &Imports, 2231 Main Street, Fyffe, AL 35971 along with the RMAnumber.
