Our return policy allows buyers to return their items if that item(s) is out of order

within 14 days. Buyers are required to send the deflective items back in 30 days for a 1 to 1 exchange. 

In the Manufacture Warranty scheme, deflective items due to improper use are not included. The sent-back items will be inspected by the factory for deflective reasons. Buyers are responsible for the fixing and shipping cost if the items are non-factory deflective.
