Payment for your purchase is to be made within three days of the purchase being completed.
I will combine postage for multiple purchases whenever that is possible.
If you purchase multiple items, please wait for me to send you an invoice or "Request Total From Seller".
When purchasing multiple items, please make only one payment for all the items you've purchased. This will make it cheaper for you!
I accept PayPal or Direct Deposit. If you're paying by Direct Deposit, please use your Ebay User ID as the reference.
Items will be sent the same business day as long as notification of payment is received by the Seller before Noon AEST (0200 GMT).
Where notification of payment is received after noon, items may still be sent the same day, but if this is not possible, they will be sent the next business day.
All items are checked and packed with care. If requested I can also send your items via Express Post or via registered/insured post for the appropriate extra fee.

If your item is faulty, defective or damaged in transit, please contact me immediately so I can arrange for a replacement item
I will refund or replace faulty or damaged items within 14 days.
I will accept returns for "change of mind" if the item is returned unopened and in the original saleable state it was sent in. In this case, return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
The patch MUST be sewn on leather & suede to
avoid scorching the material!
If ironing-on the patch, I recommend you follow these instructions:
1. Heat up the iron to its maximum setting.
2. Pre-iron over the area you wish to place the patch to heat it up.
3. Position the patch carefully.
4. Place some cotton material over the patch and then apply the iron to the patch.
5. Iron over the entire area at least five times.
5. Remove the cotton material and visually check to ensure the patch has adhered evenly.
6. Allow the patch to completely cool before touching it or moving the clothing.
