Open Box Item- The packing Box is missing and it will be repackaged for shipping. However it is not previoulsy used, and is in like new condition except for some minor scratches from being palletized with other hitches and moved around. Purely Cosmetic. I will touch up the paint scratches before shipment if you ask when placing the order.
Comes complete with hardware unless otherwise stated.
This hitch was acquired as part of a 300+ hitch lot from a distributor that went bankrupt, and I am selling them all on EBAY and locally. The distributor had removed the boxes to put them on the shelves for local sale, and they got palletized when they went bankrupt and I purchased them and moved them to AL. (please read the ads terms)

Description
Class IV hitches are very similar to Class III hitches except for the weight ratings.
Class IV hitches are Weight Carrying (WC) and Weight Distributing (WD) hitches depending on the vehicle and hitch specifications. Not all Class IV hitches are rated to be both. The hitch specifications will alert you to a hitch that is not weight distributing.
Class IV Ultra Frame Receivers from Draw-Tite have a Weight Carrying rating up to 16,000 lbs. Gross Trailer Weight (WCGTW) with a maximum trailer Tongue Weight (WCTW) of 1,950 lbs. depending on the model. Ultra Frames that are used for Weight Distributing are rated up to 16,000 lbs. Weight Distributing Gross Trailer Weight (WDGTW) with a maximum trailer Weight Distributing Tongue Weight (WDTW) of 1,600 lbs. depending on the model. See Product Specifications below for the exact rating of your particular hitch.
This style of hitch typically uses a 2" square receiver opening. The use of a ball mount and hitch ball of the same rating or higher is required to achieve maximum towing capacity. To use the weight distribution side of the hitch a weight distribution system is required.
Class IV hitches attach to the vehicle frame only.
Always consult your owner's manual for vehicle rating.

If I make a mistake and send the wrong item, or there is any significant difference between the items condition and what I advertise I will accept a return or work with you on a satisfactory resolution.
Otherwise, All Sales are Final! I do not offer returns if you order the wrong item, you change your mind, you decide you do not like the item, or any other reason that is not my fault. This is not to be mean or that I sell items that are low quality, but rather it is due to the high cost of shipping and my margins are so low already. I do purchase full fedex or USPS insurance for all items in case they get damaged. This is at my cost to protect you!
Ensuring proper fitment and compatability is the buyers resposibility!!! Please do your research as sometimes this can be tricky and EBAY's compatability chart can have errors that I cannot control. If there is any concern about fitment, I highly recommend discussing it with the maunfacturer before ordering.
General note: Most of my items have damaged or distressed shipping boxes, and in some cases they could be a customer return. But I check out 100% of the items for completeness, and any issues that could affect functionality or cosmetic issues. Unless problems are noted in the ads description, there should not be any issues with your item. I pack or repack the items pretty well and rarely have issues with shipping damage.
