All engines/transmissions/transfer cases/carrirer assemblies will ship by commercial freight carrier to continental US business addresses or your nearest freight terminal only. All freight shipments must be sent to a commercial business address with large truck accessibility. Please call for a freight quote, have zip code ready and know if you will need lift gate delivery. Lift gate delivery will be necessary if you do not have a forklift or loading dock at the business. Phone is our preferred and fastest way for freight quotes. Call 814-885-8026. We do not ship freight to residences, please do not ask. We are not responsible for any charges that shipping companies may require for assistance or lift gate, redelivery, extended area delivery, etc. These charges fall 100% on the buyer unless discussed up front. Shipping
Most shipping charges are listed in the shipping section on the item listing. Most small items will ship via UPS ground or USPS.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the processing times listed below:
1. If your order was received before 2PM eastern time Monday-Friday it will be processed that day and shipped within one business day.
2. Orders received after 2PM Monday-Thursday will be processed the following business day and shipped within one business day.
3. If your order was received after 2PM on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed the following Monday and shipped within one business day. We ship our orders by UPS Ground/USPS which does not pick up on weekends. If Monday is a holiday it will be processed Tuesday and shipped within one business days.
Our shipping department is closed on weekends.
Tracking information will automatically be uploaded to eBay and also sent to you by e-mail directly from UPS once your order has left our facility.
Large items ship via common freight carrier. Parts shipped by freight are pallet strapped and wrapped. For freight shipments, the shipping address you provide must be a COMMERCIAL BUSINESS ADDRESS, such as a business with a loading dock or forklift. It is the buyer?s responsibility to ensure the location will accept the shipment and can properly unload the part from the tractor trailer. If the location requires the assistance of a lift gate, please contact us first.
We are not responsible for any charges that shipping companies may require for assistance or lift gate, re-delivery, extended area delivery, etc. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by the shipping carrier.
You can also pick up your part from the nearest Freight Carrier terminal. They have the equipment to load your part onto a pickup truck, trailer, etc, and usually there are no additional fees for their service. Contact us for the nearest terminal location to you.
Be sure to provide us with all necessary contact information. This includes your name & phone number as well as business name, address, and contact information for delivery. We do not ship until we have all required information.
Customer pickup at our location is available. There is no pickup charge, but contact us first to let us know when you can pick up your part. All pick up orders must be charged PA Sales tax regardless of your State of residence.
U.S shipping costs listed in the auction are for shipping to the lower 48 states only.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a UPS shippable street address.
No International shipping is available. We also do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, AA, AE, AP and U.S. Territories outside of the continental U.S.

Parts Grading:
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.:
A Grade:The highest quality part. If the part has less than 60,000 miles, it will be graded A. If the part has 60,000 miles or more, but less than 200,000 miles, it will be graded A if the part has less than 15,000 miles per model years of age. Example: 10 year old vehicle with 140,000 miles = Grade A (as long as the part has no physical damage apparent).:
B Grade:The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. If the part has 15,000 miles or more per model year it will be graded B.:
C Grade:The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.:
No Grade:A part that has not been graded.
Guarentee/Returns
You will only receive what is pictured unless otherwise stated in the description. Please do not assume anything else will be included if it is not noted.
Most parts come with a 90 day warranty (unless stated otherwise in the listing) and a 20 day return period. We always test our parts. It is rare that our parts will not fit or function correctly. If the part you receive does not fit or work in your vehicle, we must ask you for a digital picture and your vehicle?s VIN number so we can properly assist you.
Parts Covered by Warranty ? in case the part sold fails to work due to defective material or wrong fitment, Rick's Used Auto Parts will replace the part or issue a full refund (Rick?s Used Auto Parts choice) up to the cost of the part purchased price (no refunds for labor costs).
Items NOT Covered by Warranty - For parts that are not defective, but are returned, the following will apply: 20% Restocking Fee, shipping costs are not refunded, and customer pays for shipping the part back.
Airbags, seat belts, and tires are sold "AS IS"
Due to limited space at our facilities, we cannot store any item for more than 7 days. Prompt pickup is expected, if this is the option you have chosen.
Expect delivery of your item(s) 4 to 8 business days after full payment is received.

It has been our experience that Rick's Used Auto Parts can provide better service for our customers when we package items, decide shipping method, and coordinate freight pickups. We have selected our commercial carriers very carefully in order to provide the best USA coverage and care for our products. Buyer/Customer cannot arrange their own commercial shipping when purchasing items off eBay or online. Please do not ask us to bill your shipping account or use another carrier. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
To return an item you must contact us via phone 814-885-8026 within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
