We provide 3 shipping zone for different destination by using different shipping carrier. Shipping charge will be different for different zone shipping. Shipping Fee is clearly listed below or you get the shipping cost by the time you complete the checkout. Please Email us if you are not sure about the charge before you place a bid.
  • We are NOT responsible for custom/duty tax if applicable.

  • Damages during shipping will be handled by damage claims. (You must wait for damage claims to be complete before receiving new part)

  • Shipping Courier will be based on weight/length/destination and decide by us.

  • Order will be ship out within 48 hours after clear payment received. (Except for weekends & Holidays) Tracking number or shipping confirmation number will be sent within 48 hours after payment. Please contact us if you have made the payment over 72 hours but have not receive any email notification from us.

  • We usually ship within 1-2 business days (exclude weekends & holidays) after payment clears. USPS Priority Mail advertises 2-5 days. Canada  & Mexico  International order may take up to 7-14 days for delivery. International order may take up to 10-25 days for delivery, but it is not guaranteed. Please do not hold us responsible for courier delays.

RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Item must be returned and arrived within 30 days after RMA number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused. Buyer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition (must have all original parts and packaging, never install). Otherwise, 30% restocking fees will be charged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case. Most of our items do not come with instructions and do require professional installation. Professional installation for all items is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged or improper use in any way.
