Warranty & Returns: There is a 6 month limited warranty offered. If the torque converter fails for any reason that is a fault of the re-manufacturing process, another remanufactured unit will be sent. The seller will pay for shipping. If the unit fails due to an improper placement, leaks, transmission faults and other issues etc. which are part of the customer’s liability the warranty will be voided, however a discounted remanufactured unit will be offered to the customer if they wish to send the old unit back at the customer’s expense. Please do keep in mind that these units are rebuild to last longer the lifetime of the vehicle and hundreds are rebuilt checked and sold daily, so most likely if an issue occurs it would be the same issue that initially caused the first torque converter to fail. In either case I am here to help and I will be glad to do so as long as you understand these terms and allow me to help.
