You will then need to place it in the box with the item(s) being returned. 3. Return the authorized item(s) per shipping instructions. 4. Our Return Department will process your request. Shipping Instructions: 1. Be sure to obtain a RGA number and clearly mark the outside of the box(s). 2. Ship only the items that are authorized. 3. Ship items to: ProValue Parts will send you the information on which one of our warehouses to return the item(s). DO NOT SHIP to SANFORD, FL. This location does NOT accept returns.
