address below along with a phone number and a brief description of the
malfunction. If DVD player has a disc stuck in it, do not attempt to
remove disc as you may further damage the mechanism. We will return all
stuck DVDs back with your repaired player.
If player has major damages due to customer abuse, additional charges may apply.
