Found in dry Southern California estate - cover is dirty - spine is fair - good binding ! Slight gasoline smell. Some pages have underlining in red pen and most pages have light staining - does not affect text , also just noticed page 29 and 30 no longer intact. Complete and old ! Email if questions - thanks
