SHIPPING
Orders ship out from us within 2 to 4 business days of purchase. Free Shipping applies to the continental U.S. only and does not include to P.O. Boxes. Business days start the day after an item is purchased and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We are not responsible for shipping transit times. This information is provided by the shipping carriers and can exclude weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak and holiday periods. We reserve the right to change/choose shipping carriers without notice. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order ships. We ship to most world-wide locations.

International customers are responsible and liable for all Duty Fees, Customs, VAT, Import Taxes, or other point of entry charges at the full purchase price. We reserve the right to choose which international locations we ship to. We reserve the right to change/choose shipping carriers without notice. We are not responsible for or in control of items held by customs or for customs hold times.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is required within 7 days of purchase. We accept debit and credit card payments through PayPal. EBay's policies state that using the buy it now feature obligates and commits you to purchase the item. EBay's policies require buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase. Placing a bid or using the buy it now feature enters you into a legally binding contract and confirms that you have read and agree to all of our seller policies.

We collect sales tax for items shipped to New York State.

RETURNS
Non electronic Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund. Electronic items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. There are no exchanges. Items accepted for return must be authorized prior to being shipped back. Items accepted for return must be brand new, unopened and unused and/or uninstalled in their original packaging with factory tags and manuals. Opened products, used products, products that have been installed, products where the factory tag and manuals have been removed, or products not in their original packaging cannot be accepted for return unless the error was on our part. There are no refunds of initial shipping charges and return shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility unless the error was on our part. A charge of up to 15% may be deducted from any refund to cover restocking and relisting the item unless the error was on our part. All returns are fully inspected and tested for installation upon receipt. Returns not meeting the above criteria cannot be accepted.
