We are committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. We will refund or replace any item, however, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the order. Within 30 days of receipt, you may return products that are in the original packaging, have not been used, installed, or disassembled, are not damaged due to incorrect installation, and do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions. Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. The cost of shipping will be refunded only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
