Shipping Policy

All items ship via USPS unless otherwise specified under shipping details and policy.
The Buyer accepts all liability for providing a fully accurate address. Any order shipped to the wrong address will be charged in full, and the Buyer will pay all additional shipping charges that are incurred
Shipping Costs are non refundable.
If you need an order shipped Internationally and your country is not listed in the shipping calculations please notify us via email and we will be happy to manually process your order.
Orders will almost always ship within 48 hours of your payment being cleared.
Shipping and tracking information will be updated within the eBay system and an email will be sent to you by the end of the day in which your order shipped.
If the eBay calculated shipping charges do not apear correct at checkout please notify us prior to submitting your payemnt and we will correct it and send you a new invoice. Our shipping rates are based on your order total of all items ordered as follows: Order totoal of $0.01 ~ $29.99 = $7.95, $30.00 ~ $99.99 = $8.95 and $100.00 and over will be FREE SHIPPING.
Some items (Oversized, Heavy, Irregular Shaped, etc.) might require a larger shipping charge. If this is the case we will contact you with the updated charge, at which point you may agree to the new charge or cancel your order.

Return Policy

You must email for a return agreement (RA) number prior to sending us a return.
We will refuse delivery of any package not clearly marked with an RA number, and it will be returned to you.
Returned merchandise must be in new uninstalled condition in the original packaging.
Items returned could be subject to a restocking charge.
Original and return shipping will not be refunded unless the return is the fault of Discount Marine Source. Example: Receive an item different than what you ordered, item is broken/defective, etc.
All warranty claims are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer.
There are NO returns on any electrical products.
