This has been in my uncles garage for about 14 years.  My cousin took it off of his "new" at the time 2002 Honda S2000 and replaced it with a high performance one.  

I am selling what you see in the photo in the same exact condition as you see in the photo.  I don't know anything about it except that my uncle said it has been in his garage for all this time.   He told me that it probably has less than 5000 miles.    I really don't know how to check.
