All of our parts carry a 60 day hassle free warranty. If for any reason you have problems with your item, please let us know right away.

We will be more than happy to issue a refund or exchange the part. An exchange is only available if we have the item in stock, if we do not have the part to exchange, we will give you a full refund credited through PayPal.

All of our parts have been tested and are in good working condition. If there are any issues with the part we will do our best to disclose this to you in the item description.

Please keep in mind all of our parts are used, so normal wear can be expected. Any excessive wear will be disclosed in the item description.

To return an item for credit, you must contact us using the eBay message feature within 60 days of receiving the part.

We ship the majority of our items with FedEx Ground or the United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. We try to keep our shipping rates as competitive as possible, if you have any questions or concerns about shipping please contact us before purchasing.

If you wish to pick up the item in person, there is NO extra charge, just let us know so we don't ship the part out.

If you live outside of the lower 48 please contact us for a shipping quote. We do to ship to AK and HI, but rates are higher for these states.

If you would like the item shipped to an international destination, please contact us for a shipping quote and we will do our best to keep prices competitive.
 

All items purchased during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8-5 CDT) will be shipped within 24 hours. If you make a purchase on the weekend, your item will ship on Monday of the new week.

Availability:

Due to high demand, short supply, or human error occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of waiting for the part to come in stock or a full refund. 

We accept immediate payment using PayPal only. 

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of Wisconsin.
