This is a new alternator, not rebuilt. Voltage and amperage were excellent. I can't comment on the longevity since it has only been on for a short time. Best new $93 alternator available. By DF on July 24, 2013 Verified Purchase This alternator is a cheap alternative to the OEM Volvo ($$$$$), or rebuilt ($$$) parts. It ships with everything you need to swap out the old alternator, including the pulley. Shipment is fast. Installation was a bitch, but I can't fault DB for that!
