If the item is defective, please let us know in 24 hours after you got it.
Please take pictures of the item which is damaged, then send the picture to us by email, if we can identify that is our problem, we will add the new one to your next order for free.
if we could not identification, please return the items in their original condition, in order to a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensate for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give you some discounts for your next order.
