The minimalist tablet-style design features a stylish silver and gloss black finish, blending in seamlessly with any high-end car interior. Manufactured to an exceptionally high standard, the Sonic Audio HR-7C headrest entertainment system includes a full 12 month warranty from Auto-Electronics.
The HR-7C is a completely plug-and-play solution requiring no wiring or modification to the vehicle whatsoever. The system is designed so that it can be installed or removed as required in a matter of seconds, leaving no evidence or marks in the car at all once removed. The HR-7C is supplied with a plug and play cigar lighter adapter.
The HR-7C is fully plug-and-play and can be fitted alongside the existing car headrests. Along with its universal design, the HR-7C is supplied with a discrete patented mounting system which allows for a secure fixing to the original headrest poles. Power is supplied through the included cigar lighter adapter cable, or for a more factory-fitted feel you could opt to have the power supply professionally installed to avoid any visible cables. The cabling to allow professional installation of the power supply is included as standard.
The HR-7C rear entertainment system features a new and exclusive premium design which is tailored to match the sleek interiors of modern, high end vehicles. The stylish piano-black touch-key buttons provide maximum functionality with a minimalistic design, exquisitely finished by Sonic Audio. A major new feature not previously found on other headrest models is the ability to adjust the viewing angle thanks to a rotatable screen mount, allowing the position to tilt up to 90 degrees which is ideal for the younger/smaller users.
The Sonic Audio HR-7C DVD/SD/USB rear seat entertainment system features a High Definition (HD) 800x480 Digital Screen. Each headrest has a built in DVD player manufactured by Sony, giving market leading performance and reliability. The DVD player is Multi-Region and will play a wide range of different media files from any DVD/CD (full specification below).
The Sonic Audio HR-7C features a market leading Sony DVD player, allowing playback of any CD/DVD/VCD disc. In addition the HR-10C features SD and USB inputs to allow a wide range of media files to be seamlessly integrated with the high definition 7" TFT display.
USE THE HR-7C INDEPENDENTLY OR LINK TOGETHER FOR MULTI-SCREEN VIEWING
The system has a built in AV input/output, which allows for the headrests to be connected together or to other screens in the car. This allows for the same disc to be viewed on both screens if required, or for additional media inputs/outputs to be connected for sharing the media with other in-car multimedia devices.
The HR-7C rear seat entertainment system from Auto-Electronics includes a pair of Dual-Channel Infrared Headphones so the user can choose to listen to audio from each headrest independently. Additional audio output choices include high-quality built in speakers, or a built in FM-transmitter which can stream the audio directly to the cars original radio and speaker system.
The Sonic Audio HR-7C rear seat entertainment system has its own dedicated USB/SD inputs discretely located on the side of the screen, so you play back all of your favourite Audio/Video files that are not on a CD/DVD using either a USB memory stick or SD card.

The Sonic Audio HR-7C rear seat entertainment system from Auto-Electronics includes a free set of Dual Channel Infrared Headphones (requires 2x AAA batteries, not included), allowing the user to wirelessly listen to the audio from the media playback. The HR-7C also features an inbuilt FM transmitter which gives the ability to wirelessly stream the audio from any media source via FM, meaning the sound can be listened to through the cars original radio if required, eliminating the need to use the headphones. If the user wishes to use their own hardwired headphones this can be achieved via the 3.5mm jack socket located with the other inputs on the side of the screen,

The Sonic Audio HR-7C includes a 32bit games disc, which contains dozens of Arcade-style games which will keep the kids entertained for hours. The included remote control doubles up as a games controller. Additional games can be downloaded free of charge online.
INSTALLATION
The HR-7C includes a plug-and-play cigar lighter adapter to power the system, so no cutting of wires or vehicle modification is required at all. A spring loaded universal mounting system is included which can be installed to any car headrest poles. Total installation time is under 20 seconds, so the HR-7C can be removed easily after every use for added security. If you don't want to use the cigar lighter plug supplier and would prefer a hardwired power source with hidden cables then you can use the included power supply cabling. This requires connecting directly to a 12v ignition switched supply. If you are going to use the hard wired power supply we would advise seeking professional installation.
